Signature Working Distillery Tour – NEW!

Take a deeper dive into the inner workings of Pinckney Bend! A One-hour experience with full flight tasting, walking tour into often closed areas and a barrel sampling. Offered only a few times a week, this experience is not to be missed!

Monthly Cocktail Classes

Partner & Cocktail Wizard Tara Steffens is kicking off a new regular cocktail class where you will create 3 craft cocktails you then get to enjoy! Each class will have a theme which may be cocktail style, spirit base or whatever theme she decides! You’ll get some tasty drinks, a deeper understanding of cocktail making, one-on-one discussion and a discount on any bottle purchases. Select Fridays 6pm to 8pm at the Distillery!

Our Core Spirits

American Gin

Our signature blend of nine botanicals give this gin a crisper, fresher taste.

Hibiscus Gin

Inspired by native Missouri flora, this unique gin combines earthy hibiscus with light floral notes of yarrow, elderflower and cubeb berries.

Navy Strength Gin

Our newest spirit celebrates the long history of gin in the British Royal Navy. Combining our American Gin Profile with a hefty proof fit for a seasoned officer of Her Majesty’s fleet.

Cask Finished Gin

Strong oak and vanilla notes and a mellow botanical flavor. Two award winners unite to create this one-of-a-kind taste.

American Vodka

A velvety smooth texture, uniquely subtle flavor and long, clean finish prove multiple distillations are better than one.

American Corn Whiskey

This Whiskey is an excellent example of what was produced by skilled distillers, sold by reputable merchants and consumed by working people in the early and mid 19th century.

Rested American Whiskey

Pot Distilled 100% Local corn, ‘rested’ for one year in 15 Gallon Missouri Oak Barrels. A true sipping whiskey.

Apple Ambush

Blended corn whiskey with cinnamon, baking spices and sweet apple nectar create this smooth, easy drinking whiskey.
